How booking works

One booking process, not separate calendar and payment steps

Choose a service and date

Cal.com displays only times that do not conflict with Jeff’s connected Google Calendar.

Answer the trip questions

Enter group size, passenger names, minors and any special requirements.

Pay the $100 deposit

Stripe securely processes the deposit during booking. The trip is not confirmed until payment succeeds.

Receive confirmation

The six-hour block appears on Jeff’s Google Calendar and the customer receives the confirmation details.

Questions collected during booking

Required booking information

  • How many guests are in your group, including you? Maximum four.
  • List the first and last name of every guest and identify anyone under 18.
  • Any mobility concerns, medical considerations or special requirements Captain Jeff should know about?
  • Agreement to the Trip Terms and participant-waiver requirement.

A customer can enter “None” when there are no special requirements.
